From 2022 to date, Johor Bahru has delivered a total of 25,000 network devices, including manufacturers such as Huawei, Ruijie, Nvidia, Avocent, and Arista. The devices range in size from 1U to 32U. Overall, all network equipment for internet companies’ projects in Johor Bahru, are delivered exclusively by our company.

Network delivery services in Johor Bahru include basic physical installation, network script import and testing, version upgrades, and troubleshooting of connectivity issues.

Each batch of equipment delivery consists of 1,000 units, completed within 3 days upon arrival. On-site preparations include 2 project managers, 1 safety manager, 4 team leaders, and 15 implementation engineers. The project typically requires 8-10 days to complete delivery.

Upon receiving the requirements, the project manager promptly plans the entire project, schedules the timeline, plans the rack installation, defines technical requirements, monitors resources, provides project progress reports, manages risks, and addresses customer acceptance criteria.

This project covers all rooms and offices across two buildings for internet company. Starting from the IT room’s cabinet installation, it includes the installation of switches and UPS, laying cable trays for wiring into various rooms, installing wireless access points (APs), and concluding with network testing to ensure AP functionality, enabling end users to connect to internet company’s network monitoring platform.
